Glass Factories

We offer refractory application services in the glass industry for both new projects and hot and cold repairs. To date, we have carried out various works in float glass furnaces, bottle and glassware furnaces, oxy-fuel furnaces, and İzocam furnaces. Since 1999, refractory applications have been successfully completed for 3 float glass, 12 bottle and glassware, 2 oxy-fuel furnaces, and 2 İzocam furnaces.

For the glass industry, which has very specific refractory applications, our team also includes qualified mold makers, bricklaying masters, and bath applicators. As is known, the baths of float glasses have a very specific and sensitive structure compared to the refractory applications of other sections.

During the start-up, we have engineers and technicians who can carefully monitor the relationships between refractory expansions and steel movements. To date, no gaps between bricks or uncontrolled joint crushing have occurred in any of the furnaces we have built due to weak expansion. This ensures that the furnaces operate more smoothly.
